The Polytech Intl University proposes a practical training on SIEMENS PLCs, which will take place in person at its premises at Lake 1, on 05 and 06 August 2021. This training aims to :
- Identify the components of a PLC,
- Recognise and compare the characteristics of different automata,
- Cite the principles of the usual programming languages for the different ranges of PLCs (S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200)
- To master the current structures of production workshops: programmable automatons, industrial networks, regulation and supervision.
Useful information:
- Participation in this training is free of charge.
- Places are limited.
- A personal training certificate will be issued at the end of the course.
Training programme :
Day 1: API part
- Principle and architecture of APIs.
- Descriptions of SIMATIC 7 series controllers (S7-300 S7-400 S7-1200 and S7-1500 ).
- Power circuit diagram and control circuit (XRelay).
- Assembly, wiring and configuration, commissioning of an automation system based on SIMATIC S7.
Day 2: Supervision part
- Programming of SIMATIC S7 PLCs (300-1200) with the TIA Portal programming software.
- Supervision of automated systems (specific HMI design)
- Practical exercises - PLC I/O wiring. - Schematic diagram based on X relays. - Programming and supervision of an industrial mixer.
