The Mini MBA program launched by Polytech INTL in partnership with Paris Graduate School is a set of five modules leading to certification. This innovative and flexible program is designed to prepare students for the management of companies and teams. The five modules are aimed at professionals and ambitious students seeking to improve their management skills or aim for promotion.
This program is designed to introduce topics in leadership and business management in a variety of fields and sectors. Team spirit, collaboration and sharing are therefore required.
- Graduates with 5 years' higher education.
- Holders of Bac + 3 / 4 with special dispensation from the jury;
- Professional project managers;
- Business enthusiasts who want to develop their theoretical and professional skills in management and leadership.
After completing all the modules, you will be able to :
- Develop the managerial skills needed for global business management;
- Practise teamwork and creative thinking;
- Have an analytical strategic vision based on financial analysis;
- Know how to build and manage a high-performance work team;
- Know how to manage in times of crisis by adopting a leadership style appropriate to the situation;
- Adopt an innovative problem-solving approach;
- Structure an innovative consumer-centric approach based on targeted possibilities and options options;
- Define an effective marketing strategy and make strategic decisions that stand out from competitorsrents;
- How to give charisma to your brands and communicate them in a competitive market;
- Understand financial statements;
- Master budget planning and variance analysis.
- Candidates are required to attend all training hours.
- A validation test will be carried out towards the end of the training to obtain a certificate.
