The Mini MBA "Operational Excellence with SAP", launched by Polytech INTL, is an innovative and flexible program comprising four preparatory modules in operational management of industrial projects. These four modules are aimed at professionals and ambitious students seeking to improve their skills in industrial project management and operational excellence.
This program is designed for anyone with a basic knowledge of management and industrial engineering.
Basic knowledge of information systems and corporate IT would be beneficial.
- Graduates with 5 years' higher education.
- Holders of Bac + 3 / 4 with special dispensation from the jury;
- Professional project managers;
After completing all modules, you will be able to :
- Analyze and optimize operational processes with SAP
- Master supply chain management (planning, procurement, inventory management, distribution and logistics) with SAP
- Analyze and interpret operational data using SAP
- Manage industrial projects with excellence
- Work as part of a team with a highly developed creative spirit
- Lead and influence organizational change by implementing operational excellence initiatives
Candidates are required to attend all training hours.
- A 100% hands-on SAP exam with international certification
- A validation exam (MCQ) will be taken towards the end of the course to obtain a Mini MBA - Operational Excellence with SAP certificate.
