Admission procedures and application requirements vary according to the programme, residency status, and other factors covered in this document.

Choose a programme

  • Before applying , first choose a training programme on our website and make sure that your profile meets the admission requirements of the desired course.

You can enrol in up to two training programmes, preparatory/bachelor or master/engineer, at the time of application:

  • Your choices will be considered simultaneously, independently of each other
  • You will only pay the application fee once
  • If you have already studied at another university, you may be able to obtain equivalences or credits. Find out more about transferring credits and equivalences directly from the course leader listed on the website.

Submitting the application

  • Then fill in your application form online. Please make sure you provide a valid email address as we will communicate with you by email.
  • A non-refundable processing fee of 700dt is required to process your application.
  • You will receive an e-mail acknowledgement immediately after submitting your online application. This message lists the documents to be sent to the Admissions Department. We need to have received all the documents in order to proceed with the review of your file.

If you have applied for in-situ admission, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email after your application has been reviewed.

    • The Admissions Department will reassess your file once the documents are in hand. You will then receive an email confirming that your file is still in order or informing you of any changes to be made.

The application for registration,

If your application is successful, you will be required to provide a response, reserve your place with a confirmation deposit (an advance on the first term's tuition fees) and complete the required registration formalities with the School Office within the required timeframe.

Be sure to check the annual calendar published on the website for deadlines and other specific conditions for the Excellence Awards. Registration for courses starts in April.

International students

For a study project in a regular programme, check your eligibility on the website www.pi.tn as well as international equivalences.

  • Submit your application online. Please make sure you provide a valid email address as we will communicate with you by email.

  • Send the documents required by the programme by e-mail to contact@pi.tn / benmahmoud@pi.tn.
  • The Admissions Department will reassess your file once the documents are in hand. You will then receive an email confirming that your file is still in order or informing you of any changes to be made.
  • If your application is accepted, you will need to provide a reply, reserve your place by a confirmation deposit which will be confirmed once you are on site (an advance on the first term's tuition fees or a scholarship agreement from the country of origin) and complete the required registration formalities with the school department within the required timeframe.
  • Plan to arrive approximately 5-10 days before the start of classes to settle in and familiarise yourself with your new study environment. Prepare for your stay by consulting the Welcome Guide for International Students.
  • Before you leave, make sure you have all your papers ready: passport, study permit, letter of admission and all original official documents.

Activating my electronic identity

Access to the various services of the group's IT environment allows you to be well informed before your arrival. To do this, you need to activate your electronic identity.

As soon as you receive the validation of your registration, you can :

  • Obtaining your PIC (Personal Identification Code), The PIC or Personal Identification Code, is essential for accessing the University's IT services.
  • Activate your @pi.tn email, You will be asked, by a letter or email sent to your personal email address by your school, to activate your @pi.tn email address. You will need to have obtained your IPC before you can request your email. If you have any problems with the activation, please contact our manager ghodhbene@pi.tn
  • Set up your email directly on your devices so you can access your emails anytime!
  • Activate your account on the e-campus platform. Online courses are provided in some disciplines. To benefit from these digital courses you need to activate your account.

Didn't receive this confirmation? Check your junk mail box. First communications from the school can sometimes be considered as spam by some software or services.

Please note that as soon as your e-mail address is activated, all communications from the Polytech Intl Group's Registrar's Office will be forwarded to it.
