Teaching objectives :

This course aims to introduce students to management and the management profession. First, it explains the concepts of management, companies and the environment. A particular interest is given to the external and internal analysis of the environment (SWOT). Then, in a second step, he presents the main functions of the company: the production function and the supply function

  3. Chapter 3: The procurement function
  4. Chapter 4: The Production Function
