Polytech Consulting

Polytech Consulting is a high-level consultancy unit, which is part of the Polytch Intl Group.
With some 200 permanent and associate professors, a large number of high-level professionals, managers, a range of partnerships with foreign universities, Tunisian industries and technical centres, it is able to help in the search for solutions and the development of skills and activities.
It involves young people in their final year of school, dedicating them to consultancy projects and preparing them for employment in these projects.
The impact on the training of our young people is very important, as the trainers are familiar with practical and complex problems in various specialties.
Polytech Consulting is part of the Polytech intl Group and is closely linked to the Research and Innovation Centre and the Skills Development Academy.
Polytech Consulting has set itself the following objectives:
1* Mobilise internal and international, academic and professional expertise to bid for high-level consulting contracts.
2* Helping Tunisia and other applicants to improve governance and public policy redesign, and to solve complex, high-level problems,
3* To raise the level of training at Polytech Intl and ADC through the practical and problem solving approach.
4* Broaden our spheres of partnership, diversify them, and make the university a crucible of advice and innovation
Polytech Consulting plays the role of coordinator by updating its databases, monitoring the market, expanding its network of partners and submitting a periodic table of solicitations and calls for tenders deemed relevant.
It has a Steering Committee with which it associates its partners and the heads of the various departments of the group.
Standard contracts are adopted by the Policy Board, for sustainable partnerships, for the engagement of staff, and for setting out the rights and obligations of stakeholders in each tender.
Polytech Consulting works in close collaboration with the group's research and innovation centre (CRI), mobilising human resources and partnerships in order to respond to various calls for tender. The teaching staff of Polytech Intl Group as well as the graduates affiliated to Pi -Alumni, are involved in the implementation of the activities. Their rights and obligations are set out in the contract relating to the tender concerned.
In the autumn of each year, Polytech Consulting and its partners organise a forum called the Polytech Intl Group Consulting Forum, which deals with current issues. By 2025, Polytech Consulting estimates that it will be able to respond to at least 10 invitations to tender each year, and to distribute a digital newsletter to its teachers and students as well as to its various partners and collaborators.
